Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves using a device equipped with tiny, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries on the skin's surface. The primary goal of this treatment is to stimulate the body's natural wound healing processes, which can lead to increased production of collagen and elastin—proteins that are vital for maintaining skin elasticity and firmness.
Microneedling on its own, or in combination with other procedures, works by stimulating collagen production to tighten the skin and reduce wrinkles and scars. Microneedling can be done in combination with PRP or Exosome treatment. A topical numbing cream is applied to the area for at least 30 minutes, to an hour before the procedure is carried out. You will start to notice results around 6 weeks and 4 - 6 sessions are advised spaced 4 weeks apart to give better results.
