Botulinum Toxin- Muscle Relaxant

Botulinum Toxin, commonly referred to as 'Botox' is a neurotoxic protein that is widely used for both medical and cosmetic purposes. The most popular use of 'Botox' is to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles and fine lines. It is often injected into areas such as the forehead, around the eyes (crow's feet), and between the eyebrows (frown lines) to create a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Anti- wrinkle Injections

Our facial expressions change because the muscles in the face contract or relax. When Anti-wrinkle Injections are injected into a specific muscle, the signals from the nerves to the muscles are blocked, thereby causing a relaxation effect. This is not permanent, but it will last for around 3 – 4 months and sometimes longer depending on various factors.

After Anti-wrinkle injections, your skin around the treated area will look smooth and less wrinkled. Anti-wrinkle Injections allow the untreated areas of your face to move as normal and you will still be able to laugh, smile and, frown, but with less wrinkling of the skin in the areas treated.
